Thanks for ordering from one of the oldest IH Specialty shops in the Nation. While rare there are time we encounter problems with your order but we try our very best to make sure each customer is treated like we would want to be treated. To us Customer service is everything, and means keeping you as a customer. On those rare occasions where something is wrong please call us and discuss the problem with us. Likely its something that can be worked out fairly easy but we do need to have the opportunity to makes things right if its our fault. In the event that we shipped the wrong part or you simply ordered the wrong part, please call us before returning anything to get approval first. Sometimes drop shipped or special order parts can not be returned, and other times its as simple as giving you the go ahead to ship it back to us. 

  Overall we love to work with our customers and would rather solve it that hear about it on the Internet, Trail-ride, or through 3rd parties that were not involved. Please call with your questions and concerns. Thank you
