- Head Porting
service: Port your
heads for more power, flow, and breath ability. We can clean up any heads
exhaust ports for better flow, port match the gasket surfaces for low
impedance airflow. This all translates into a better performing motor for
your rig.

Here are shots of the fully ported 345 heads before and after. As you can see the huge bumps and
air tubes that went through the bumps impeded the exhaust port by about 50%.
The heads have been fully port matched both intake and exhaust sides, and substantial bowl work to increase the flow of the spent gases going out. The guide bosses were knife edged and chamfered. The roof of the port was opened way up. Before where only a finger and a half could be inserted two fingers fit easily.
The intake side is already huge and they need to be rough to provide turbulence
to the incoming air fuel charge so it mixes it up, therefore only port
matching is necessary. The oil drain areas were polished so the oil will
flow back to the sump faster improving oil circulation. The oil galleys were
blended to remove all steps and impeding ledges as well.

These first five shots show the factory head, oil galleys, and the big bump
that sits in the exhaust port that holds the (removed) air injection tube.
These shots show the completed head with all the above work performed. Labor
time is 8-10 hours of cutting, grinding, smoothing, and polishing per head
or 16-20 hours.
- Performance
Cam Spring and Lifter Kit: Iske split duration cam. This makes
more power down low and on the mid as well. Includes big block Chevy valve
springs, retainers, keepers and lifters. Allows more rpm and power from your motor.

Radiators new: Available for Scout 2 and
Traveler. These are brand new replacements with all new parts. hp has
more fins and tubes per inch, where Triple flow divert water through
radiator 3 times before exiting. These two are for towing, desert, race, and
hard core trail conditions.
- Note that our new radiators are in most cases
cheaper than a recore at a local shop. Bad thing about a recore is they
still use the old tanks, and some parts. Those will wear out not long after
a recore due to existing age. Our prices are the lowest in the country that
we know of. Find one cheaper let us know and we will try and meet that price
with verification provided.

- Robert Shaw Extra Performance Thermostats:
These thermostats are the best there is at
keeping you IH or other rig cool in those heated moments. They are designed
to make 99% of the water go through the radiator after the motor is hot
rather than the 25% going through the bypass hose thereby not getting
cooled. $11.00
- 33 gallon gas tanks: New electro-galvanized 16 gauge
steel, with the sending unit and mounting hardware. I will also weld 1/8
steel plate as an integral skid plate for an
additional $130. We can also lower the mounts for a body lift to regain

Alternators:
130 amp hot rated but most are 150-160amp when tested cold. Rebuilt GM case with all
new sever duty parts, one year warranty except water submerging damage.

Fuel stabilizer: magnetic polarity splits the
fuel atoms and lets the fuel atomize better in carburetor. This lends to

2bbl Pro-jection fuel injection setup: This is
the single best improvement you can make if you are wanting better fuel mileage,
easy cold starts, off-camber driving, and tune ability for all conditions.
Requires 4bbl manifold or modified 2bbl intake. Price is $1495, Scout
304,345,392 application.

- Inline Fuel
Injection Sump:
This
is the neatest thing to come along for the Injected crowd. Its a inline fuel
sump. It makes steep ascensions over hills and obstacles possible even if
your tank is running low on fuel. You see the sump holds enough fuel to keep
the injectors firing even when gas in the tank sloshes back off the pickup
tube. Normally you would start sucking air and cause hiccups to the motor.
This can be bad when climbing over an obstacle. Don't be left hi and dry.
Installs in line in just about a half hour.
