Quick Overview
If your Scout 800 or Scout 2 rear drums brakes are worn out and needing new parts to recondition them, this conversion is a simple way to gain better brakes that are safer, easier to maintain, and have more stopping power especially when they get wet. The rotors clean out and do not hold dirt and crud that will score and grove your drums up. The cost of replacing two drums with new Wagner drums is more than this kit so it’s a great time for an upgrade. Welding will be required to mount the brake caliper bracket. Instructions are included with this simple kit. We suggest that the welding be done by a competent welder as your safety is on the line. This kit is designed to use one of two style GM calipers. Check each type we offer to find out more info.
NOTE:Picture show both redrilled and regular 5 hole rotors. All new kits come with 5 hole standard rotors.
