1966-1968 Scout 800 with 7/8" diameter spring and shackle hanger bushings. Please inspect the shackle hanger on the frame carefully.

-BCB Grade 8 Zink coated leaf spring center pack bolts (2)
These springs will give your Scout a superior ride quality and driving experience. The reason they are far superior is the diamond cut and tapered ends on each leaf, the bolt style clamps, the shop peening in the at rest position to relieve stress, and the made in the USA quality. They do well both on and off road. The high carbon steel used in construction of these USA made springs make them a lasting solid upgrade for your comfort. 31" -33" tires will fit depending on brand and width of tire. The 33"x10:50-15 will rub under full compression, but one of our body lifts will raise the wheel wells up to keep that from happening. The other option would be some extended bump stops for the up-travel. Your scout will ride better than it did from the factory. The tires in this picture are 29" so there is more wheel well showing. The lift arms are free so it is sitting on its own weight. The springs and ride quality will settle in 1000 miles or so. If this is not the best lift kit you have ever used for your Scout 80 or 800 we will be shocked as I have researched ever other option out there in the leaf spring world. 100's of customers cant be wrong. I wanted to hop on here and say John did a great job of selecting quality components that work well together to give my 1967 Scout 800 a great stance. It gave me the clearance i was looking for and looked perfect with 31x10.50-15 tires. The ride quality is smooth and gentle compared to my friend that cheaped out by getting the Rough Country lift kit some other Scout shop sold him. Hats off to ya John, you sure know your stuff. You made me a customer from day 1 with you excellent advice about installing this kit and why its better.Price Value Quality

All i can say is day and night difference. Johns knowledge of the suspension products and options is apparant in the many phone calls i made before buying. He took the time to tell me all about it and there is no doubt its well thought out. Why would you go anywhere else. BCB has thought of everything and continues to produce some of the best International Scout parts available. This is my second order and am again over impressed with the quality and thought out fit of everything. My Scout rides like a new car and the wife loves riding in it and driving it from time to time now. ( She would not even try before as it was scary on the road).
