1972-1980 Scout 2, Traveler, and Terra EXTENDED spring shackles: These are CNC laser cut to our unique “Dumbbell” design. They mimic the original including the flange that allows you to bolt up your stock sway bar between them. They are constructed using 3/8” A-50 hardened USA steel plate. The holes are laser cut undersize and then finish machined on our mill to exacting tolerances. There is no bolt slop to insure the tightest suspension for the best ride possible. The shackles are jig welded, degreased and finished with a coat of heavy duty HAMMERITE paint for a one of a kind look. We feel these extra steps give our product the thumbs up when you want the best for your Scout 2. The set includes 4 shackles. The center to center hole is 5”, exactly 2” over stock. These will give you one inch of lift over stock since you are lifting only one end of the leaf spring. Bolt and spring bushing kits available below.
